The ZAV Committee has received a request to hold a Special General Meeting (SGM).
Prior to the meeting there will be an informal discussion on the initiative put forth by Kayzad Namdarian regarding the acquisition of the property at 3 Rochester Road, Canterbury, VIC.
The Informal Discussions and the SGM will be held on Zoom on Saturday 29th May 2021.
Informal discussions will commence at 4pm and will last for one hour. Please refer to our earlier emails on 27th April and 2nd May regarding – A place of our own.
If you like, please feel free to provide your questions to us prior to the meeting.
SGM will commence at 5pm where vote on the resolutions (as per the attached notice) will be sought from the attending financial members.
Zoom entry starts at 3.30pm. Please ensure you are on time to enable a timely commencement of the Discussions & SGM.
